POLICY‼️ No Refunds — All Sales Are Final My time and products are valuable, time and products are used that can’t be given back! • Cancellations: You will NOT be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged 50% of the service total. • No Call / No Show: If you are 20+ minutes late with no communication, it will be considered a no call/no show, your appointment will be cancelled, and 50% of the service will be charged. • Late Arrivals: If you are late, I cannot guarantee full lashes due to lost time. - If you are 15 + mins late for the Korean lash lift the appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled as there is not enough time to complete the service & the no show fee will be applied! • All Sales Final: Payments are non-refundable once services or products are rendered.
