You will NOT be charged if you cancel at least 24 hrs before your appointment starts. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of your service for late cancellations

If you are 20 mins late it’s considered a no call no show & 50% will be charged & your appointment will be cancelled.

If you are late I cannot guarantee full lashes due to loss of time!
